Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, is seeking to hire a passionate and skilled Campus Events Box Office Supervisor. This new position will play a pivotal role in supporting all campus events (excluding NCAA events) by maximizing ticket revenue, elevating the fan experience, and building strong connections with event patrons and key stakeholders. The supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of event ticketing and overseeing ticket office operations on event days.

The successful candidate should have strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously and a genuine passion for service with the goal of exceeding guest expectations through the demonstration of enthusiasm and dedication to providing exceptional service. Additional requirements include meticulous attention to detail, capability to quickly adjust to changes in the work environment to ensure guest satisfaction, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be expected to be available for extended work schedules as required.

Applicants must have a High School or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience, five years related experience, and two years supervisory experience.
